Job summary

The Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, drive budgeting, forecasting and robust financial reporting while partnering with cross-functional leaders.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA/CA/CMA/ACCA, 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, and proven leadership of at least five team members. IFRS expertise and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of a finance team.
• Strong IFRS and governance knowledge with exposure to audits and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor variances and optimize processes.
• Oversee bookkeeping, compliance with IFRS/COSO, VAT and tax obligations.
• Manage treasury, debt, working capital and financial KPIs.
• Drive financial reporting and business partnerships across functions.
