Job summary

Finance House is seeking a Head of Budgeting, Analytics & Insights in Abu Dhabi to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting. This role partners with executive leadership to enable data-driven decisions, drive automation, and strengthen financial visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification mandatory (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA).
• 12–15 years in Budgeting, FP&A, analytics and reporting in Banking/Financial Services.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in budgeting/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for all units.
• Develop robust models, assumptions, and forecasting methodologies.
• Oversee management reporting, KPI frameworks, and dashboards.
• Drive automation, BI, and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Mentor the Budgeting, Analytics & Insights team and ensure governance.
