Experience with ERP systems for financial reporting.
Ethics and integrity in financial management.

Responsibilities

Lead team; define KPIs; development and succession plans; monitor performance.
Maintain books; ensure IFRS and COSO compliance; oversee VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, and transfer pricing; manage audits.
Lead budgeting and forecasting; monitor performance; analyze variances; implement planning tools.
Manage credit lines, debt structure, shareholder expectations on Profit-Cash Ratio, covenants, and working capital.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, procurement, close activities, KPIs, inventory, and fixed assets.
Collaborate with leaders across functions to drive operational excellence, optimize systems, and provide decision support.
