Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical experience with complex data sets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the business in providing actionable information to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Take ownership of expense budgets for various functions.
• Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners.
• Provide detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary.
• Complete month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis.
• Prepare financial summaries for leadership presentations.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes.
