Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai seeks a Financial Analyst to support the BP&A Team in planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. The role consolidates reports, supports automation projects, and handles administrative duties to help the team meet objectives.

The ideal candidate is a commerce graduate with Finance specialization and has about 4 years of budgeting and reporting experience, preferably in the Middle East retail sector, and is proficient with SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with specialization in Finance/Systems.
• 4 years of budgeting and financial/management reporting experience, preferably in the retail sector in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in accounting software packages, particularly ERP systems like SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizing skills with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BP&A Team to manage the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of planning responsibilities.
• Assist the BP&A Team in preparing, following up, and circulating regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting responsibilities.
• Support the BP&A Team in following up, preparing, and circulating automation and project reports and analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of automation/project responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support to BP&A Head and Team.
• Ensure timely provision of required support.
