Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA/ACCA/CFA).
• 3–5 years' experience in a similar FP&A/finance role.
• Experience with ERP and analytics tools is advantageous.
• Regional work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly MIS reports for SBU/Sub-SBU stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Manage monthly cash flow uploads into Anaplan.
• Support annual Budget & 3-year plans and SAP Analytics Cloud uploads.
• Provide P&L forecasts and monitor revenue/cost variances.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and highlight anomalies.
• Support HR with manpower cost reporting and insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
