Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail seeks a Financial Analyst - Planning and Reporting in Dubai to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a large retail organization. You will consolidate data, drive automation initiatives, and ensure timely, accurate financial outputs using SAP and other ERP tools.

Experience in the Middle East retail sector is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with the BP&A team and stakeholders to deliver reliable financial information and performance

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with finance/systems specialization.
• Minimum 4 years in budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
• Retail sector experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources into structured reports.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and management of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate planning inputs from stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of financial data.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc analyses for management decisions.
• Consolidate reports and distribute reporting packs.
• Review results against budgets and identify trends.
• Support management reporting on revenue, costs, and indicators.
• Participate in finance automation and reporting improvements.
• Use SAP and ERP tools to retrieve and analyse financial data.
