Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Financial Analyst to deliver budgeting, forecasting and detailed management reports to support profitability. You will drive working capital guidance, assist audits, and evaluate pricing and capex with a focus on process improvements.

This role requires strong accounting, ERP experience and the ability to coordinate across brands. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in finance, advanced Excel, and effective communication to operate within a multi-branded UAE

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills with advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and ability to operate in a multi-branded business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts with timelines.
• Provide structured reporting and financial insights to management.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily management reports for board reviews.
• Support divisional performance reviews and conduct variance analysis.
• Coordinate with finance for general ledger reviews and resolve accounting issues.
• Review, manage, and process incentives and capex evaluations.
• Advise on working capital planning and cash flow forecasts.
• Assist during year-end audits and support system/process improvements.
• Act as SAP user and participate in group reporting updates.
