Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Finance Trainee FP&A to support the Financial Planning & Analysis function, assisting in preparing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, and performing detailed financial analysis. You will collaborate with the Financial Reporting Manager and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear reporting and effective communication.

The role requires a solid understanding of budget processes, financial software (SAP and BPC), and MS Office, with the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Commerce or pursuing Inter CA/Inter CMA.
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the Engineering or Construction Industry, in a similar profile.
• Proficiency in ERP Financial Software, specifically SAP and BPC.
• Strong functional, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monthly MIS: extract financial reports, maintain records, circulate reports.
• Budget & Forecast Submission: manage SAP & BPC submissions, inform stakeholders of final Budget & forecast P&L.
• Financial Analysis: conduct monthly variance analysis, provide insights for decisions.
• Support Ad-hoc Requests: assist in closing ad-hoc requests and collaborate with Finance team.
