Job summary

Tanqeeb in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and implement effective strategies to grow our packaging business and expand market share.

You will identify and win new customers across food, FMCG, spices, frozen foods, dairy and related sectors, manage key accounts, negotiate terms, and coordinate with R&D and production to fulfill orders while maintaining accurate forecasts and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience in packaging or related packaging industry.
• Proven experience in business development and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business.
• Identify, acquire and manage customers across food, FMCG, spices, frozen food, meat, bakery, confectionery, dairy and related industries.
• Negotiate quotations, pricing, terms and contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with R&D, Prepress, Production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and reports.
