Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the BP&A team with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a dynamic retail environment in Dubai. The role involves consolidating reports, driving automation projects, and handling administrative duties to help meet departmental objectives.

Ideal candidates will have commerce with finance/sys specialization, 4 years of budgeting/financial reporting experience in the Middle East, and strong SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with specialization in Finance/Systems.
• 4 years of experience in budgeting, financial/management reporting, preferably in the retail sector in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in accounting software packages, particularly ERP systems like SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizing skills with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BP&A team to plan, budget, and forecast strategic goals.
• Prepare, follow up, and circulate regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Support automation and project reporting and analyses.
• Provide administrative support to the BP&A Head and Team.
