Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a Financial Analyst to provide analytical and commercial support to the management team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and detailed management reporting. The role emphasizes profitability, working capital guidance, and process improvements across the group.

The successful candidate will prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts, support audits, and serve as a SAP/ERP user for group reporting. A Qualified Accountant with 6+ years in finance is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Provide structured reporting to management with accurate financial insights.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily management reports and presentations for the management board.
• Support divisional performance reviews and conduct variance analysis.
• Coordinate with the finance team for general ledger reviews and resolve accounting issues.
• Review, manage, and process incentives.
• Advise on working capital planning and validate assumptions.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and forecasts.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide early warning signals.
• Support year-end audits and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in development and understanding of financial reports.
