Job summary

At Eaton, a global power management leader, we are seeking a Strategy Finance Business Partner to support the Project GM and the EMEA Strategy leader. You will manage all financial aspects of the E33 Project and lead annual strategic plans for EMEA, with monthly progress tracking of initiatives.

You will drive cost controls, develop robust business cases, and partner across functions to translate strategy into tangible value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business and/or CPA/CMA.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Strategy.
• Experience in financial modelling including scenario analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal.
• Advanced knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• SAP knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the E33 Project financials and reporting, partnering with project leadership.
• Drive financial processes and systems improvements to ensure integrity and efficiency.
• Translate strategic priorities into robust financial plans and value creation targets.
• Lead regional strategic planning, aligning long-range targets with forecasts and governance.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for growth initiatives.
• Track initiatives and regional performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance support ensuring consistent assumptions and controls.
