Eaton is seeking a Finance FP&A professional to coordinate the EMEA closing and forecasting cycle, aligning Finance, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams across the sector consolidation process. You will lead variance analysis, develop reporting templates, validate IPI results, and support data analytics for multiple business units in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 3+ years in Accounting/Finance, with excellent English

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and centralize the EMEA region’s closing and forecasting activities.
• Drive alignment among the Functional, Commercial, and Manufacturing Finance teams throughout the sector consolidation process.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of sector bridges in collaboration with the broader FP&A team.
• Perform capitalized variance analysis, develop simulations, and process the related accounting entries.
• Review and validate IPI results.
• Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting templates for EMEA and its business units.
