Keolis.MHI is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to support the Transport Accounting team. The role covers general accounting, A/R, A/P, and monthly closings, with emphasis on IFRS compliance and internal controls.

You will collaborate with the FP&A head on budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis while mentoring junior staff to improve processes and efficiency. This permanent, on-site position in Dubai offers a path to leadership within a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA or MBA) mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and business partnering.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in IFRS and internal control terms.
• Maintain general ledger integrity with proper documentation and approvals.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings, including accruals and provisions.
• Prepare trial balances, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support audits and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders for budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Mentor junior finance staff and drive process improvements.
