Job summary

Keolis is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support the FP&A and Accounting teams in Dubai. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and control frameworks to ensure smooth business transactions.

The candidate will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA or MBA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions under IFRS and internal controls.
• Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for corporate functions.
• Coordinate audits and tax/compliance activities and ensure SOX-like governance where applicable.
• Mentor junior finance team members and drive process improvements.
