Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a Finance Executive to partner with operational management across Hertz and Moov's Financial Services division. You will drive revenue optimization, cost control, and financial performance, delivering forecasts, budgets, and FP&A insights.

You will lead commercial reporting, implement automation, and enhance internal controls while ensuring IFRS compliance and scalable processes. A data-driven mindset and experience in large, complex environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Experience with SAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Ability to stress-test forecasts and challenge assumptions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operations to drive revenue, margins, and cost savings.
• Lead FP&A processes including budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Develop and automate management reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Analyze fleet, leasing, and subscription financial drivers and KPIs.
• Support capital expenditure evaluation and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement within financial operations.
