Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior finance leader to partner with strategy, operations, and growth across multiple entities in the region, driving governance, ERP initiatives and finance digital transformation.

You will lead budgeting, FP&A, cash management and performance analytics, and mentor the team, shaping investments with IFRS expertise and regional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience.
• 7+ years post-qualification.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy services or related industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, FP&A, financial reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, long-range planning and financial modelling.
• Own monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analysis with management commentary.
• Drive ERP implementation, automation and data-driven decision support.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, cost management and capital investments.
• Develop and mentor the finance team and establish clear KPIs.
