Job summary

Career Raiser seeks a senior financial leader in Dubai to drive strategic planning, budgeting, and control across the finance function. You will oversee P&L management, reporting, ERP selection and implementation, and cross-functional leadership to support growth.

You will mobilize funds through banks and PE, refine costing, performance metrics, and internal controls, and partner with management on feasibility studies and restructurings. A qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international credentials (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and controls.
• Track record in ERP evaluation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead financial reporting, controls, and audits.
• Drive ERP selection/implementation and system integration.
• Manage bank relationships and liquidity planning.
• Guide cross-functional teams and strategic finance initiatives.
