Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. You will own budget-to-actual reporting, maintain and evolve financial models with scenario analysis, and build robust cross-functional Finance touchpoints across the business.

Work closely with management during month-end close, identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes within NetSuite, and provide a commercial finance perspective to strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience in a growing, complex business.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong judgment.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• MBA, investment banking, or private equity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain and evolve financial models with scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Build robust cross-functional Finance touchpoints.
• Integrate Finance within the S&OP process.
• Support management reporting and month-end close review.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes within NetSuite.
• Bring a commercial finance perspective to key business decisions.
