Job summary

Ethara in the UAE seeks an experienced Senior Executive Presentations & Content Manager to lead the development of high-level strategic and leadership presentations for senior government, executive, and VIP audiences. You will translate complex strategies and stakeholder information into clear, visually sophisticated decks.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in executive presentations or strategic communications.
• Portfolio of C-suite or leadership-level presentations.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with information design.
• Strong strategic writing, editing, and storyboarding.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visual narratives and data visuals.
• Excellent executive storytelling and communication.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with high standards under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; strong portfolio considered in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Own development of executive and leadership presentations for senior audiences.
• Turn raw inputs from Strategy, Marketing, Communications into clear narratives.
• Develop and refine slides including headlines, summaries, talking points.
• Structure complex information into narratives and content hierarchies.
• Create storyboard before moving to detailed design.
• Design and produce leadership-ready presentations aligned with brand and government guidelines.
• Translate information into diagrams, timelines, infographics, maps, and visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Creative to reflect latest direction.
• Adapt presentations for different audiences and decision-making decks.
• Manage multiple requests with tight deadlines while keeping quality and accuracy.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback with version control.
• Maintain consistent executive presentation standards and visual language.
• Quality-control leadership decks for content accuracy and flow.
