Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Reporting Lead in Abu Dhabi with outstanding PowerPoint skills and a solid engineering background in oil and gas projects for client and senior management audiences.

You will turn complex project data into clear, visually engaging presentations, structure narratives, and support milestones, risks, and next steps; coordinate with planning, project controls, and engineering teams; and prepare talking points and meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to turn complex data into executive-level presentations.
• Strong writing and editing skills for clear client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client progress meetings, management reviews, milestone updates, and specific project topics.
• Structure presentation narratives, refine key messages, and create professional layouts, charts, dashboards, and visuals.
• Translate engineering, procurement, and construction updates into concise summaries covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, and next steps.
• Coordinate with planning, project controls, and engineering teams to collect and validate project information.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing talking points, anticipated client questions, and supporting materials.
• Present project updates to clients and senior stakeholders as required.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track actions arising from client meetings.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates to ensure consistent quality across project reporting.
