Job summary

Piermont Search is assisting a new semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi seeking an Emirati Senior Analyst to join its Strategy Department. This role offers a chance to contribute to high-impact national initiatives within the UAE’s knowledge and innovation ecosystem.

As a Senior Analyst, you will draft policy briefs, coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership at the intersection of public policy, reform, and organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in strategic advisory, consulting, or public sector.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core strategic projects, schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain institutional knowledge databases and research tools.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on national and international trends.
• Support end-to-end management of key program portfolios.
• Engage with external consultants, experts, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team planning events.
• Report on project performance, risks, and budgets to senior management.
• Produce high-quality documentation and presentations for senior management.
