Job summary

Department of Energy Abu Dhabi is seeking an Excellence Specialist to support the development and implementation of its Excellence Framework. The role focuses on promoting a culture of excellence through self-assessment, analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting organizational excellence self-assessments, analyzing reports, and assisting in improvement initiatives; benchmarking and best-practice implementation; and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in organizational excellence, quality, or performance improvement.
• Knowledge of excellence models and performance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a government environment.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational excellence self-assessments and award programs.
• Analyze excellence assessment reports and identify Areas for Improvement.
• Assist in developing and monitoring improvement initiatives and action plans.
• Conduct benchmarking activities and support best practice implementation.
• Support workshops, awareness sessions, and training in Arabic and/or English.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to excellence initiatives.
