Job summary

Dubai Government Media Office seeks a Strategy and Excellence Director to shape the department's strategy and capabilities aligned with the GDMO vision. The role leads strategic initiatives, governance, and change management across departments, ensuring effective budgeting and talent development to deliver outcomes for stakeholders.

The position requires senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive organizational improvement through digitization and KPI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4–5 years in a similar role.
• 7+ years of leading and managing teams.
• 3+ years of budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Strategy and Excellence department's strategy to support the GDMO vision.
• Lead strategic initiatives across departments and oversee governance and change management.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for departmental performance.
• Drive organization design, capability development and process improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, talent development and collaboration with Directors and leaders.
