Job summary

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is seeking a senior Process Improvement Lead to evaluate, optimize, and redesign business processes to drive operational excellence across the organization. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, ensure governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and sustainable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
• Black Belt certified / Lean Six Sigma expertise.
• Expert-level ARIS configuration experience; familiarity with RPA technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with departments to determine new processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Present issues, gaps, and actionable improvement solutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee process mapping governance and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Support and execute end-to-end process improvement projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with IT to identify automation opportunities and enhance efficiency.
