PETROSHALE FZE is seeking a Procurement Engineer in Dubai to manage end-to-end procurement, including RFQ issuance, supplier evaluation, and PO processing. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance to align specifications, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires on-site work in Dubai and a strong ability to analyze costs, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services in a regulated energy environment.

Qualifikationen

• RFQ preparation and supplier evaluation.
• Purchase order creation, tracking and documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for total cost of ownership and data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Experience with procurement software or ERP systems and basic contract terms.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai with high attention to detail.

• Identify requirements and prepare RFQs for procurement.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms to meet project budgets.
• Process and track purchase orders through to delivery.
• Monitor market trends and support cost-optimization initiatives.
