Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Planning Manager - e Commerce to lead data-driven forecasting and inventory planning for a global e-commerce business. You will drive weekly-to-annual forecasts, balance promotional activity, and partner with commercial, finance, marketing, and supply chain to optimize stock and performance.

You will build driver-based models, refine forecast accuracy, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
5-8 years' experience in demand planning, business planning, or supply chain.
Strong analytical capability including retail mathematics and large dataset analysis.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, Shopify, and Power BI preferred.
Ability to identify issues, think critically, and act with a solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Own forecasting across weekly to annual horizons with accuracy KPI.
Develop driver-based forecasting models using marketing plans and launch phases.
Partner cross-functionally (commercial, finance, S&OP, supply chain) to align forecasts.
Actively challenge inputs to improve forecast integrity and planning quality.
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle planning including new launches and discontinuations.
Align planning outputs with promotional strategy and marketing calendar.
Monitor launch and campaign performance and reforecast based on signals.
