Job summary

Unilever seeks a Demand Planning Lead to master Monthly S&OP and Weekly S&OE cycles for Skin Care. You will manage forecast baselines, KPI analysis, and cross-functional inputs to create accurate global forecasts.

The role requires experience in Kinaxis and FEU, strong Excel capabilities, and a track record in FMCG demand planning. On-site UAE Dubai location with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Supply Chain, FMCG experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Proficiency with Kinaxis and FEU for planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP cycle for Skin Care category with forecasting and alignment.
• Lead weekly S&OE cycle with data analysis and timely recovery feedback.
• Set up forecast baseline through FEU and run S&OP/S&OE in Kinaxis.
• Analyze KPIs and report monthly in global forums.
• SKU rationalization to optimize portfolio for volume/value growth.
• Monitor distributors’ OS&R and identify improvement actions for SLOB.
