Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Planning Manager- eCommerce to steer data-led forecasting across our global online business. You will own weekly to annual forecasts, align with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and drive the adoption of planning tools to replace manual processes.

You will build driver-based models, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into actions that improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall performance in a fast-paced, international

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
5–8 years’ experience in demand planning or related fields.
Strong analytical capability including retail mathematics and large dataset analysis.
Advanced Excel; ERP, Shopify, and Power BI experience preferred.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Own business forecasting across weekly to annual horizons with forecast accuracy as KPI.
Drive planning tool adoption, replacing manual processes.
Develop driver-based forecasting models including launches, distribution, benchmarks.
Partner cross-functionally to align forecasts with business strategy.
Translate data into actionable recommendations impacting decisions.
Manage monthly demand reviews with data-backed inputs.
Monitor performance and reforecast based on early signals.
Identify risks and mitigate stock issues.
Manage inventory health across markets to minimize excess.
Refine forecasts using real-time performance data.
