Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks an experienced Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management to lead the strategic management and performance of our facilities portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will drive hard and soft services, budgets, and asset projects to ensure safe, efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide internal teams, and manage external partners, with a focus on data-driven decisions and long-term planning to support Miral's growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of Facilities Management experience across strategic and operational roles.
• At least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Experience managing complex facilities operations, contracts, budgets, projects, and service providers.
• Strong financial acumen and resource planning.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facilities and assets.
• Oversee Hard and Soft Services, including MEP, life safety, plumbing, ELV, CCTV, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets, long-term facilities plans, cost controls, schedules, and risk management.
• Lead contractor performance, contract administration, and third-party service delivery.
• Oversee Facilities Asset Management projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and timeline.
• Drive data-led decision-making to improve operational efficiency, cost performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop organizational and resource structures across Hard and Soft Services to support growth.
• Lead and develop internal teams while managing external partners and providers.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape key facilities and operational decisions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management to lead the strategic management and performance of our facilities portfolio at Miral Experiences.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our facilities and assets operate safely, efficiently, and consistently, while supporting an exceptional experience for both our guests and colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the overall strategy, planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facilities and assets.
• Oversee Hard and Soft Services, including MEP, fire & life safety, plumbing, ELV, CCTV, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets, long-term facilities plans, cost controls, schedules, and risk management.
• Lead contractor performance, contract administration, and third-party service delivery.
• Oversee Facilities Asset Management projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
• Drive data-led decision-making to improve operational efficiency, cost performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop appropriate organizational and resource structures across Hard and Soft Services to support future growth.
• Lead and develop internal teams while managing external partners and service providers.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape key facilities and operational decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of Facilities Management experience, covering both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Strong experience managing complex facilities operations, contracts, budgets, projects, and service providers.
• Strong financial acumen, resource planning, and operational management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
