Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to design and implement BI reporting across MENA. You will work with teams to analyze data, develop dashboards, and provide performance insights for multiple business units.

You will create Tableau dashboards, extract data for ops deep dives, and collaborate on new platforms to improve data visibility and reduce ambiguity for teams. The role demands strong SQL, Excel skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Economics, CS, or Math; strong quantitative background.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and RDBMS experience; BI tools like MicroStrategy/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and fix Tableau dashboards.
• Extract data requested by Ops to help with D2D deep dive.
• Work on new platforms to generate data visibility and solve data ambiguity for the teams.
