eMinds Legal LLP is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to own the data engine behind our Local Business Management (LBM) program across all zones. You will consolidate data, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with KPIs and trends for VP-level leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reporting, analysis or BI; telecom experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze sales and ops data across multiple teams and zones.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards used by leadership.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc management reports with KPIs and trends.
• Perform customer engagement analysis to surface opportunities and risks.

Department: SMB Sales & Reporting

Reports to: VP – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5+ years (Telecom preferred)

Budget: AED 6000 - 8,000/month

We're looking for a Reporting & Analysis Specialist to own the data engine behind our Local Business Management (LBM) program across all zones.

What you'll own:

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze sales & operational data from Elite, Prime, Business Direct & Hunting teams across all zones
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that leadership actually uses
• Deliver regular + ad-hoc management reports with KPIs, trends, and variances
• Conduct customer engagement analysis to surface behavior trends and revenue opportunities
• Spot patterns, surface risks & opportunities, and recommend strategic moves
• Partner with Sales Planning, Products, and Area Managers to align on reporting needs and data integrity
• Champion best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting standards

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Business / Statistics / Data Science / Information Systems (or related)
• 5+ years in reporting, analysis, or BI (telecom = strong plus)
• Power BI or Tableau + Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA)
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales Planning / Products / Area Managers
• Killer attention to detail + a storyteller's communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to VP-level leadership and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
