Job summary

DP World, a global leader in logistics, is seeking a Senior Power BI and Data Analytics Lead in Dubai, UAE. This role involves designing and developing enterprise reporting solutions to enhance decision-making across various functions.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service including datasets, dataflows, and semantic modeling.
Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query M.
Experience designing star schema models, slowly changing dimensions, and aggregation strategies.
Knowledge of incremental refresh, composite models, and performance tuning techniques.
Experience with SQL, Azure SQL, Synapse, or Data Lake Gen2 environments.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable KPIs, metrics, and user stories.
Design intuitive, role-based reporting experiences.
Develop scalable star-schema data models using Power BI.
Implement incremental refresh and optimize performance.
Standardize KPI cards and ensure data governance.
