Job summary

eMinds Legal LLP is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to own the data engine behind our Local Business Management (LBM) program across all zones. You will consolidate data, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with KPIs and trends for VP-level leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reporting/BI, excels at storytelling with data, and can collaborate across Sales Planning, Products, and Area Managers in a fast-paced, telecom-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science or information systems.
5+ years in reporting, analysis or BI; telecom experience is a strong plus.
Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query, VBA).

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze sales and ops data across multiple teams and zones.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards used by leadership.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc management reports with KPIs and trends.
Perform customer engagement analysis to surface opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with Sales Planning, Product, and Area Managers on reporting needs.
Champion data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
