Job summary

Ookla, a global connectivity intelligence leader, seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to lead strategic engagements with premier clients. You will be the primary liaison for high-value customers, guiding adoption of data products and ensuring exceptional service.

You will apply RF/ML knowledge and analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL and Python as needed to deliver insights, drive value, and support account growth. This is a dynamic, global team with opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• We are looking for the right person with enterprise-level technology-support or account-management experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools and visualization to demonstrate value to customers.
• Strong communication across client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for many of Ookla’s highest valued customers.
• Actively develop and grow relationships across your customer’s business and technical organizations.
• Educate, train, and support clients to ensure optimum utilization of our product suite.
• Act as the primary resolution function for any issues raised by customers.
• Troubleshoot customer-facing technical issues and drive escalation as needed.
