• Knowledge of RF, ML, and related telecom technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Python and data visualization concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key Ookla customers and manage relationships across business and technical teams.
• Educate and train clients to ensure optimal use of our product suite.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive escalation as needed, including AI-assisted dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales to review account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with executives and travel as required to meet clients.
