Job summary

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Sales Manager – Corporate to drive corporate account production across FIT and group segments. You will cultivate long-term client relationships, manage budgets, and position the hotel as the preferred destination for business travel and events in Dubai.

The role requires strong local business knowledge, proactive sales leadership, and collaboration with Revenue and Events teams to optimize pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key corporate accounts.
• Actively prospect, qualify, and convert corporate business for FIT and group segments.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to maximize account penetration.
• Monitor and evaluate account performance, booking trends, and market movements.
• Produce monthly sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews for leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across top corporate accounts.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows and familiarization trips as needed.
• Manage assigned corporate accounts to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
