Job summary

CPME Consulting in the UAE seeks a Business Development Manager for Corporate & Commercial Lines in General Insurance. You will drive new business growth, build senior client relationships and develop multi-line insurance programmes.

You will work with placement and servicing teams, manage a robust pipeline and target USD 200,000 in annual broker revenue from corporate clients. Fluent English, 8–10 years GI BD experience in UAE required; CII preferred; Arabic helpful.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of General Insurance business development experience.
• Proven ability to originate and grow senior-level corporate relationships.
• Experience with tenders, government or large corporates is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within corporate GI portfolio.
• Develop multi-line insurance programmes for clients.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
• Coordinate with placement, servicing and claims teams to ensure smooth submissions.
