Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks a contracts management professional to support pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. The role emphasizes developing procurement plans, evaluating bids, and managing contract documentation.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong English skills; Arabic knowledge is desirable to facilitate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development of yearly procurement plans and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in preparing RFIs and pre-qualifications, and evaluate bid aspects.
• Support end users in preparing scope of work and gathering information.
• Organize pre-tender meetings, arrange site visits, and prepare award recommendations.
• Interpret contract terms, provide administrative support, and maintain contract records.
• Handle variations and claims and submit contract amendments as required.
• Support close-out of contractual matters upon completion.
