Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks a contracts management professional to support pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities

• Support development of yearly procurement plans and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in preparing RFIs and pre-qualifications, and evaluate bid aspects.
• Support end users in preparing scope of work and gathering information.
• Organize pre-tender meetings, arrange site visits, and prepare award recommendations.
• Interpret contract terms, provide administrative support, and maintain contract records.
• Handle variations and claims and submit contract amendments as required.
• Support close-out of contractual matters upon completion.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support in pre-award and post-award contracts management activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the stakeholders in the development of yearly procurement plans and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist to prepare Request for Expression of Interest and/or Pre-qualification, evaluation of unpriced commercial aspects of the technical bid and the Bidders Lists.
• Support the end users in preparing the scope of work and collecting information and documents.
• Organize and attend pre-tender meetings, support to arrange site visits with bidders, prepare recommendation for award and Letter of Award and handle the correspondence during the bidding period with the necessary input from end users, where required.
• Interpret contract terms and conditions, provide the administrative support (bank guarantees, insurances, invoices, etc.) and maintain records (contract logs and contract files) conforming agreed changes to the ITT package.
• Handle variations and claims and submit contract amendments, as required.
• Support to perform close-out of contractual matters upon completion.

Qualifications

Educational and Technical Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

Language Skills: High level of proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.

Years of Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
