Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a highly experienced contracts professional to lead the tender process from initial expression of interest through to contract award. You will coordinate End User needs, prepare RFTs, manage bid clarifications, and ensure compliant documentation for signature and close‑out.

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of professional experience in contract development.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review End User CR against the established checklist for Tender purposes.
• Prepare Contract Development Plan for Tender and Award.
• Prepare Recommendation for Bidders List and Tender Strategy for management approval.
• Prepare LOA and contract documents for signature and ensure proper distribution to End User and Finance.
