Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed review, negotiation, qualification, and finalization of upstream contract terms and conditions.

• Coordinate with Group Legal to draft amendments, resolve qualifications, and ensure accurate incorporation into final executed documents.
• Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements workflow and documentation governance.
• Oversee issuance, renewal, and closure of performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, and project securities.
• Liaise with Group Insurance to ensure compliance with contractual insurance obligations.
• Provide project lifecycle support, briefing teams on contractual obligations, notice requirements, governance, and risk exposures.
• Support claims development by assessing entitlement, drafting notices, and ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
• Ensure effective flowdown of upstream obligations into subcontract agreements.
• Maintain structured contract records and support continuous improvement in governance processes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration.
