AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Commercial for a High Speed Rail project in Abu Dhabi. You will drive commercial strategy, oversee project execution, and lead a dynamic team toward profitability and client satisfaction.

This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure commercial management, budget control, and strong leadership across stakeholders, with on-site responsibilities in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial management or construction engineering within transportation/infrastructure
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and P&L experience
• Experience leading large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Excellent contract negotiation and commercial agreement management
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to optimize revenue and cost across all project phases
• Oversee contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and supplier agreements
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members within policies
• Manage project administration, financial management, and client satisfaction initiatives
• Direct planning, design, and construction management activities to ensure coordination and execution
