Comfi is seeking a Collections Specialist to own the full collections cycle, assess risk, and enforce payment terms. You will negotiate payment plans, manage overdue accounts, and collaborate with finance, risk, and operations to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in B2B collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel. English and Hindi fluency is required, Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B credit control, collections, or financial operations (B2B lending/Fintech/Financial Services).
• Bonus: Experience working with SME clients.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and payment terms enforcement.
• Proficient in CRM and collection tools and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full collections cycle: assess risk on overdue accounts and enforce payment terms.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements following policy and risk guidelines.
• Track payments and update internal systems accurately.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections and credit risk performance.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk teams on escalations.
