Job summary

LINKVIVA Website is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead a team of Account Directors and shape the strategic direction of client partnerships in Dubai. You will win and convert new business opportunities, ensuring they transition into strong long-term accounts, acting as the bridge between Business Development and Project Delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing mega events and festivals.
• Experience with governmental clients in tourism.
• Proven track record in RFPs, pitching and winning business.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and teams.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
• Fluent written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and be the senior face of LINKVIVA.
• Mentor Account Directors and ensure excellence across accounts.
• Own the RFP process from brief to pitch submission.
• Define winning strategies and positioning for each opportunity.
• Convert opportunities into long-term accounts with Business Development.
• Drive account growth and retention across existing clients.
