Job summary

Foreground Consultancy is partnering with a government-aligned entity in the UAE to recruit a senior Executive Director to lead asset management across a diverse portfolio of real estate, infrastructure, and mixed-use assets.

The role will drive performance, leasing strategy, lifecycle planning, and capex prioritisation, ensuring long-term value and sustainable operations while collaborating with development, finance, and operations teams and engaging investors and government partners.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in real estate or infrastructure asset management.
• Experience managing large, complex asset portfolios.
• Experience operating in the UAE or with government-linked entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategy across commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure assets.
• Oversee asset performance, leasing strategy, lifecycle planning, and capex prioritisation.
• Maximise asset value while ensuring operational sustainability.
• Collaborate with development, finance, and operations teams. Interface with investors, government stakeholders, and external partners.
