Job summary

ADIC in Abu Dhabi seeks an Asset Allocation Associate Principal to join the Long-Term Asset Allocation team. The role supports development and management of ADIC’s long-term asset allocation framework and investment strategy, including macroeconomic research, asset allocation analysis, and portfolio construction.

You will contribute to strategic investment decision-making, design forward-looking return and risk assumptions, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset allocation or related investment roles.
• CFA designation and/or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and financial markets.
• Experience conducting independent market and investment research.
• Knowledge of asset class returns drivers and portfolio construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term macroeconomic outlooks, investment scenarios, and market narratives.
• Research secular trends and asset class developments and their implications for strategic asset allocation.
• Support development of forward-looking return, risk, and correlation assumptions across public and private markets.
• Assist in design, analysis, and stress testing of strategic asset allocation frameworks and portfolio construction methodologies.
• Prepare investment research presentations and memoranda, communicating insights to internal stakeholders.
• Undertake ad-hoc research and quantitative analysis to support strategy decisions.
