Job summary

IFFCO Group, a UAE-based multinational conglomerate, is seeking a capable purchaser to manage day-to-day operations of the purchasing department. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring supplier alignment with specifications, policies, and timelines.

The position requires 2 years of purchasing experience in a large FMCG. Knowledge of MOCCAE requirements is preferable, and the candidate should be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG purchasing.
• Knowledge of MOCCAE requirements preferable.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase materials as per the approved purchase request.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specifications.
• Maintain the purchasing policy and ensure compliance with it.
• Vendor relationship management.
