Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates invites a skilled Purchase Executive to join our Fujairah operations, overseeing procurement activities, supplier coordination, RFQ processing, and import purchasing to sustain production needs.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years' experience in procurement, strong vendor management, ERP-based purchasing, and import logistics, with a track record of cost savings and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–6 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong RFQ management, vendor evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with import procurement, shipping, customs clearance procedures, and import/export regulations.
• ERP system proficiency for procurement and inventory management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs from internal departments and approved procurement requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and communicate procurement needs.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare Comparative Statements and supplier assessments.
• Manage procurement for imported goods, including documentation.
• Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain ERP-based purchasing, PO processing, and inventory monitoring.
• Generate procurement reports and monitor KPIs.
